


What we offer
Something different. A brief package of 1:1 sessions with a clinical psychologist, delivered in-person or online.
The idea is to
a) identify something that’s clearly holding you back
b) really understand what's going on, and then
c) make a plan for how you're going to deal with it
You are not signing up to long-term therapy or an arbitrary, predetermined number of sessions. Together, we will work out the right number of sessions based on you and your situation.
And we work as a team. You don’t just get one psychologist thinking about what might help, you get three. We’ve got over 65 years’ experience between us. That’s a lot.

We’re interested in what works and generally speaking, this isn’t rocket science
Will this approach work for everyone?
We think lots of people would benefit from this sort of approach. But it’s brief, and quite different from what most people are offering, so there are some things you’ll need to make success more likely:
focus
Time is short and it’s later than you think. You’ll need to be able to quickly identify something that’s holding you back. We’ll help you figure this out.
resources
We can’t do any of this to you. You will need to make things happen, and for that you’ll need time, headspace and motivation.
openness
We’ll need to be pretty honest about what we think might be going on and what you might
need to do. We’ll be respectful, but you’ll need to be ready for
direct feedback.
